Vita Cubes - the vitamin candy

Candies have been a No-No to my kids. I always told my kids don’t eat candy since it can destroy your teeth and it’s just a sugar. No nutrients at all.
Vita Cubes fun day at FunRanch Ortigas

But one day I saw these candy at 7/11 store, it says with vitamins and minerals. I got curious and I bought 4 packs since it only cost 14.00 per pack. I ate one pack while going home and I totally forget that I left 3 packs in my bag.

My youngest kid is always checking my bag and when he saw he ate the 3 packs that are left behind. He told me that he wants the candy I bought. Then again I was so hesitated to buy another pack even though my kids love it and so I ‘am.

Just then a fellow mommy blogger invites me for a Vita Cubes event at Fun Ranch Ortigas. Mommy Lani told me that it is a Fun Family Day sponsored by vita cubes. I was so excited as well as my son.
My kid (the big one wearing eye glasses) poses with other mommy blogger kids.

Just then I realized Vita Cubes is made by Rebisco. A reputable company that made our favorite biscuits. Vita Cubes are cube-shaped jelly candies that come in five different fruit flavors-strawberry, apple, grape, mango and orange. Aside from having delicious taste, Vita Cubes are fortified with essential vitamins and minerals that are important for growing children. Lysine- Helps the child body in proper growth and energy production. Also helps in calcium absorption. Zinc- Zinc is known to help in proper functioning of the immune and digestive systems, energy metabolism, and in increasing the rate of healing for wounds. Vitamin A- Helps in increasing the body’s immunity to fight infections. Also plays an important role in ensuring healthy eyes and bone development. Vitamin B– Promotes growth and strength and stimulates memory in child’s formative years. Vitamin C- Helps cuts and wound heal, boosts the immune system, and keeps infections at bad day. Helps the body absorb iron from food sources. Vitamin E- Boosts the Immune System and helps the body fight germs.

It is available at all Mercury Drug Stores, SM Supermarkets, Robinson’s Supermarkets, Waltermart, Landmark, Puregold, Mini Stop and local grocery stores. May be bought per box (containing 10 pieces of 50g packs) or per individual 50g pack.  With the affordable suggested Retail Price for a 50g pack is at Php 12.00. Then I realize “Mahal Pala ang nabili ko sa 7/11”.

We really have fun on that day and thank you for Vita Cubes for your treat.
